The staff Thomas and the driver were exceptional 👏 👌 🙌. They picked my mom up from the bus stop, took her to the airport the next day, even helped her change her naira to pounds/dollars at the exchange people's place. These people are just cool headed staff. Then they waited for my mom to go through TSA, and was on her way to UK, and they took my friend back home. Ofcourse I had to pay for all these services, however! The fact that they have a transportation service like that is incredibly helpful.
