A recently renovated guest house, Ikoyi/Banana Studio Room offers accommodations in Lagos.

The location was very good and it was very clean. However the apartment was located on the 4th floor and you have to access it by staircase. If you came with several suitcases you will have to haul your suitcases upstairs. The property owner should reveal this in his ad.

Went in after I had booked weeks in advance for my birthday weekend only to be told they had no room available for me and I wasn’t able to get another location to replace this cause it was so last minute. They pretty much ruined my entire birthday weekend plans because of their incompetence and I wasn’t able extremely upset by this. Wasn’t even offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience just constant empty apologies please don’t book with them ever.

    I wasn't able to take the breakfast because it came late, so I can't speak to its quality. I like the fact that the facility was quite clean, modern and quiet. Though the WiFi wasn't useful.

    It is located in a quiet and serene environment, in the city Centre and very close to the international airport . The A/c worked very well, there was hot water in the bathroom aswell & 24 hours uninterrupted electricity supply, breakfast was okay 👌
