The staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was big and clean. The hotel is also in a great location being very close to shops and restaurants but also not in a noisy area.

The good: - great staff - lovely courtyard and lounge area - spacious room, and fans on the ceiling makes it even more comfy The not so good: - internet WIFI isn’t great, we had to use our own data for most of our trip as it was way to slow - we got charged high price 1 or 2 times by taxis that were called by hotel manager

Place was nice and cozy. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location was less than 5 minute walk from Phewa lake. Instead of high commode the room we stayed in had low commode. And no bidet. Other than that our stay was good.

New summit was such a pleasure to stay in, we stayed for 2 nights before our trek and Raj kindly kept our bags for 10 days before having us back for 2 nights post-trek. The room was clean and the solar shower was really hot and powerful. Spacious rooms and kind host. 15 minute walk from the lakeside which made it nice and quiet for the evenings.

Home away from home as they say. I loved it. Just loved it so much. The little rooms around the hill like own little homes, the view fantastic, great company and amazing helpful hosts. I felt literally at peace and stayed three weeks in between my treks always returned and will also return. The property was on prime location facing the lake and just in front of phokara Disneyland. The view from the property was good.The owners were very friendly and helpful and made the stay more comfortable. The WiFi was also good that I was able to do my work when needed.
