The street that it is on also has a load of shops and restaurants which is handy and it was about 150m from the tourist bus stop to Pokhara. The room was cool, with AC and a fan available. It's away from the road surrounded by fields so nice and quiet but just a short walk to the Maya Devi temple. The hotel is clean with very friendly hosts, a real family feeling with home cooked food.
