It was quiet, comfortable and secluded though being close to Taupo. All kitchen amenities were present. It was a different experience with cows, sheep and hen around the form.

Cooked my own breakfast everyday plenty of space in fridge units too , amazing living space beautiful decking to sit on the morning or evening reading or just chilling with a glass or two of red wine plus single bed plus a wonderful double room with big window big shower nice size toilet . The big surprise was the brilliant Spa Pool in this apartment a real relaxing way to warm up after a swim each day in Lake Taupo just a 10 minute walk from apartment loved every minute of my stay plus the owners were always kind caring people .

Great instructions, comfortable bed, great shower, overall a very well set up Studio. Perfect for pur weekend in Taupo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ridgetop. It is a farm stay, so not in town, and NOT a hotel/motel. Having a car is a MUST! The property was clean and very well-provisioned - it was very nice to have access to the washing machine, clothesline, and kitchen with stovetop so we could cook our own meals! Our hosts were away at the time of our stay so it was extra quiet and private, but self-checkin was simple and easy. Highly recommend for a multi-night stay in the Taupo area.
