Nice and close to Mount Maunganui and Tauranga. Lovely host. Very easy check in and out. Parking off street in driveway. Suburban environment. Excellent bed and very comfortable room. A diversion in our trip ended up being a highlight. Recommended!

Loved that this little self contained room had a private entrance onto the street. Albeit cramped, everything we needed was provided including a little kitchenette and clean and modern bathroom. The location is unbeatable, a few minutes walk to the main strip with all the restaurants and shopping, about 10 mins walk to the beach and walkable distance to the base of Mt Maunganui summit walk (about 15 mins to the base, and a further 30-45mins to the summit).
