IrelandFantastic location if you want to see the oldest part of Muscat. A few minutes walk from Mutrah fort. Fish Market, Corniche, and Souq.
Lovely cafe on the top of the building. Super friendly Manager/Owner? who let us check in earlier than we were supposed to. He even bothered to walk to the cafe to let us know the room was ready. Big thing after overnight flight and merciless heat outside.
Lovely, spacious apartment and cold water on arrival.

Great location right near the fort and plenty of free parking just a minute walk away. Medium-sized fridge, some coffee / tea / water, towels & hand towel, hair dryer etc. Nice rain shower too, and well-placed power outlets beside the beds, too. The hosts were so lovely, and we enjoyed a filling and delicious breakfast with a view on the sunny terrace above. Breakfast was 6 rials for two of us. Crossiants and a large bowl of fruit set out and a spare toothbrush and toothpaste in case we had forgotten ours. Fridge was full of bottled water so we were well set up.
