We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous hotel. We selected it due to the proximity to the airport (Tocumen) and the free shuttle service. What we found was a gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable suite with air conditioning (critical since it is hot in Panama City), a comfy bed, and nice shower. We did not use the TV, but did use the WIFI, which as fast and reliable. The hotel is located in the downtown area of the city and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Uber is available in the city and very affordable. Michel, the person who drove the shuttle, was prompt, spoke excellent English, and was personable and helpful. Oh, and the owner has a super friendly golden retriever. The suite we stayed in might be slightly pricey by Panamanian standards, but it was worth it to us for the comfort and convenience. The only proviso I would add is that coffee is not included and the closest Starbucks, which is only a block or so away, doesn't open until 7 AM. Just FYI. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend it without hesitation.

Manuel is a terrific host - very friendly and he guided us to an outstanding Japanese restaurant within an easy walk. The room itself was fine, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The location is good, just two blocks from bustling Avenida Argentina.

First I do apologize in advance because I don't get the name of the person at the office when I reach the hostal. I was over the time frame to access the hostal however the attention exceed my spectations. Quiet room even that was full, AC the right temperature, bathroom clean. The stray dog was nice and gives security, by the way my car was outside on the street and nothing went wrong. Thanks unknown staff member for caring and assists me.

I was very disappointed with the pool and the view. It definitely needs more cleaning and maintenance. The elevator was very slow and had a strange smell. The receptionist was okay but not particularly friendly, although he did help us with our payment issue. We liked that they left us water in the bedroom and extra shower stuff. The tv was huge and the ac worked perfectly. The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated the beach towels.
