Its up the hill and you have to climb stairs with luggage but the owners were absolutely amazing 🤩 the view it’s stunning 😍 the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the staff goes beyond to facilitate your needs (for example hot water bags in bed and extra heater) The breakfast its good ok just its not a buffet.

Vilma is an outstanding host, nothing is too much trouble. Assisting me in getting taxis, giving me some secret formulas when I got food poisoning., even getting my washing done late a night after salkentay trek as I needed my clothes the following day. The hospitality of Salome. She was amazing! She showed us the fastest way to go to the main square from the hospedaje. Additionally, the breakfast was great since we have the possibility to drink coca tea everyday, variety of juices and delicious mermelade. The room was Cosy for a couple.

It was the perfect place after a 5 day Machu Pichu hike that was wet, cold and windy! The bed was super comfortable, the shower was really hot and powerful and there was even a heater in the room. We were tempted to stay another night! Highly recommend.

The owners are absolutely lovely and warm and were very helpful, especially as we had a very early morning checkout. Breakfast was included but we checked out too early to try it. We were greeted with some hot tea and a tour, and the room was quite large and warm considering how cold Cusco gets at night. The television had netflix connected as well which was really nice to watch a movie. The location is far from the city but you can walk or take the bus.

Estela and her husband are wonderful and greeted us with a smile after trekking to Machu Picchu. Their warmth is a great touch you don't get at most hotels now. They were extremely accommodating holding our bags before we had even checked in. Also, they had hot showers which is difficult to find in Cucso. Highly recommend staying here!!

Casa Agustina by far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the Plaza Central where the cathedral and a lot of good restaurants are located. The hotel is run by a super lovely family - they helped me with everything I needed. Their recommendations were excellent and they even organized a laundry service for me. Every morning, you have a really good breakfast on the terrace. Excellent coffee and the food is made with love. Usually, I don't eat in the hotels/hostels I stayed but here I made an exception and it was super lovely to have a little chat with the family in the morning. This place also attracts other fellow travellers that are very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, Shower and Bathroom were top. I would definitely recommend this place.

The place is very clean, they cleaned the room everyday, the people were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was perfect. The place is not near the centre so it is very quiet and peaceful. It has a lovely garden and a view of Cusco. If you do not mind walking for 20 min or using a bus I recommend the place and I would stay again
