Great view. The breakfast on the deck (about $10 per person) was generous and home-made. The hostess (daughter of the owner) was kind and helpful. There was a Kitchenette in the unit that had a small fridge, a microwave, and an electric kettle. There were a few bowls, plates, and utensils, but no sharp knife or kitchen gear.
