The real gem is the Wakhi village of Gulmit Gojal, a 30 minutes drive from the local bus station nearby Aliabad.
Peaceful and quiet village facing the river and the Karakoram mountain range, a short walk from Hussaini suspended bridge, and the jeep departure point to the secluded and beautiful Shimshal valley.
ccc, Ideally and central located but quiet from the main road. A rarity in Gulmit considering that other places are often overpriced and mediocre quality.
The welcoming and friendly Ahmed's family is the real gem here, a truly Wakhi hospitality and care for its customers, knowledgable about Balstistan and its culture, adding a value to what is already the best option by far compared to its competitors.
Highly recommended.

Noushad, Amir and their little cat are such great hosts and are willing to help with any thing you may need. On top, Hunza Valley is one of the highlights of my trip through Pakistan. One of the guy even took me with his bike to Husseini Bridge, though his bike broke down more than 5 times enroute; it was an adventure, want it? This guesthouse also serves delicious food which is arguably the cheapest in the whole Karimabad. Hot water available, though only in the morning.
