New, very clean, with all the facilities we needed. Comfy beds, big pillows (too big for us, but it was not a problem), wellcoming host. Easy to check-inn and out. Very good location.

Initially I was given a cramped room near the reception and without an external key. Fortunately, after my complaints, I was given a room in the new part of the building where I had stayed last December 2023 and I had found myself well. So always ask to stay in the new part of the building with a canal view and an independent external entrance.

I booked this place for my parents and they were very glad with the way they were accommodated and looked after. Beautiful, peaceful place where you can recharge your flat battery. Private access to the beach was a massive bonus. Super nice hosts and extremely comfortable beds! Highly recommended!!!
