The private porch balcony was fairly useless. While large it was only good for standing on as the furniture was missing cushions and worn out. Other than that it was a great place. Quiet, clean, good location. Short Walt to Santirce and the beach.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Kitchen had the basic to do simple meals which was important to us. The shower/bathroom was small so be careful with your balance. There are foldable chairs and ice box/cooler in the room. So that was handy for us. There is hair dryer and iron so you don't need to worry about that. A side from the small bathroom, we were happy with the place and the price was fair for it.
