The whole complex is well kept, quiet and clean. If you stay here with children they also provide outside/beach toys. Oleg and Yana are superhosts. Very kind and helpful. Great location aswell. You can walk to old town and the Marina but with a stroller it’s easier to take an Uber. It’s very cheap. While not "on the beach," the hotel is easy walking distance to the town center. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a nice view overlooking the town. There is plenty of free parking nearby. The apartment was in a great location, close enough to busy bar area but far enough away for peace and quiet. 10 min walk to the beach and great restaurants around, so we were really pleased. Chris was a great host and very attentive to our needs. The apartment was equipped with all we needed, wifi was strong and clean upon arrival. The location was great, only a 4/5 min walk downhill to the old town. There are two mini markets close by where you can pick up essentials like bread and milk. There are also a couple of bars and restaurants close by with much cheaper prices than in the town. The building was very quiet by night and felt very safe.
