This hotel exceeded all expectation, in spite of all the glowing reviews, it was outstanding. The attention to detail in everything from the quality of the breakfast service, the staff attitude with all food and drink service. The helpfulness of staff at all times and especially Allan and Carla who went out of their way to help us book a trip to Sintra and also a private tuk tuk trip. We felt as though the Palace was our home for our time in Lisbon. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, easy walking about, close to the yellow tram stop and many cafes and restaurants.
