Located in the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela, this 19th century building of granite stone offers traditional rooms with balconies.

We felt very welcome since the beginning, our dog was allowed everywhere and everything was easygoing. Great location, surrounded by nature. Very tasty and varied breakfast. We'll return for sure.

Located at the foot of the Serra da Estrela mountain range, in the town of Manteigas, this hotel offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free parking is possible on site.

Spotlessly clean. Room was small but well designed and functional. Pictures don't do the place justice. Simple local breakfast was delicious. Warm and cosy. We were able to use the downstairs open fire area to play cards etc, which was really lovely. Great location. Very easy to access the area and some great local eateries and things to do. You'll need a car in this area.

The staff were very helpful and provided a locked garage for our motorcycle. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The restaurant accross the road was closed at night during our visit but another small restaurant a short walk was open.

    This hotel is a hidden gem in the serra da estrela region! I was impressed by their cleaning standards and the quietness of the place. It was super cozy and comfortable too. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast was also great.

    The best experience we've had! The place is quiet and very considerate — here circular economy and sustainability and really taken seriously. The owner is such a great host! The breakfast features freshly baked bread, homemade jam and cheese, and is just amazing. If this place is available, book it immediately and you won't regret it.

    The view from the hostel's social area and dinning room is amazing. The balcony going around the house is very good as well and allows an almost 180º view. The fact that you can use the kitchen to cook is also positive.
