The breakfast was excellent. Very generous. Coffee and Juice, Pastries, Eggs.
The location is a little 'Picante' (or 'Marginal' as they would say in Paraguay.)
Absolutely no problems in the day but you need to take a little bit of care at night time, mainly because this is not a 'gringo' zone like Fernando Zona Norte (closer to Shopping Multiplaza.)
The family that owns the accomodation is lovely and go out of their way to be generous and helpful.

It's as advertised; a room near the Old Town centre. The access is no problem. The air-conditioning works well, and is quiet. The bed is comfortable. It's walking distance to grocery shops, beach, museums and plaza.

I had a lovely stay at the Hostal Mi Lugar. The staff is super friendly and will help you with anything you ask them about. Nice, large kitchen, great rooftop, cute dogs and cats. I enjoyed my stay very much :)

The architecture is nice, old Paraguayan woodwork with tasteful, minimal interior. The view from the room is beautiful, and the internet is quick, so it's very good for working as well.
