Good location - walking distance from the center, but far enough so you can get quiet time after festival concerts. Nice garden, so You could sit and enjoy outside. Apartment clean, simple, as advertised. Good communication with manager of the apartment (house is managed by agency, so communication was with agent). I didn't find anything "dirty" here like in the previous comment, just keep in mind this is not a 5-star hotel, this is a village home with all its advantages and disadvantages. The communications were excellent at all times and my hosts, like every time I go to Serbia or Guca, were the kindest, loveliest people you could ever wish to meet.
