They canceled our reservation on the day of our arrival and we had to urgently find another place to stay. We found out about this after searching more than 1 hour for the entrance of the house in a gloomy neighbourhood. Very stressful expérience, I do not recommend.

Location is great to visit the interior of the island "Monte cafe" the waterfalls and the Museum. Staff super friendly and they prepared us dinner (last minute) because all the restaurants were closed around the place.
The Sr. Jose came to the property to cook us dinner together with his daughter. That was a 5start service and we really appreciated.

The location is fantastic and has a beautiful view. We loved staying in Santana. The house is well equipped and has a lovely mango tree in the garden. The hosts are very helpful. We really recommend this place.
