Pleasantly surprised.
I booked last minute and I was not expecting anything fancy but the room was really great!
A/C worked, shower with warm water and a fridge to keep bottle of water inside.
The staff goes beyond everything if you can manage to communicate with them!
The location for me was perfect, central and near a supermarket.
The breakfast at the bar downstairs is also great!
You can walk around, it is safe !
I would definitely stay there again.

I think this was one of the most luxurious places we stayed, for low budget. It had hot water, rooms with equiped kitchen, comfy beds, TV (well sao tome only has 2 channels I believe), fan, good breakfast....
The owners are very hard workers and welcoming. We would have liked to stay more time here.

Location was wonderful. Laurindo took care of the transfers as it is impossible to use a rental car to get there, and took us, for a fee, to town for dinner one night. There was no charge for our transfer from and to the airport. Laurendino also took us to a supermarket before taking us to the Ocean View. One needs to get groceries. He also was kind to arrange two boat trips to Goat Island. We were lucky to have the whole Guesthouse including the kitchen for ourselves. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Laurendino!

The Guesthouse is very clean, cozy and has an incredible view from the top! The staff is very friendly too! :) We felt very much at home at Domus and will gladly come again.
The location is fantastic and has a beautiful view. We loved staying in Santana. The house is well equipped and has a lovely mango tree in the garden. The hosts are very helpful. We really recommend this place.
