The property is very pleasant and beautiful!
It has a pool, a common area where meals can be held, and a lounge with games and where the reception is located! Kwan, the owner of the hotel, was helpful and assisted us when needed. A security deposit of 200 baht was required, which we received back at the end of our stay.
The room was very beautiful, and it had a spacious, functional bathroom with a shower in a dedicated corner (it didn’t get the whole bathroom wet, just that space). The room itself is charming and spacious as well. There was a clothesline and two chairs outside the house, as well as a door with a mosquito net, which helped prevent insects and geckos from entering and allowed air to circulate inside the room. The terrace had a nice view, and we could see the Big Buddha from the terrace of our room.
On the other side of the street, about 300 meters away, there is a 7-Eleven, which is open 24 hours a day. That was also very convenient when needed. The accommodation also provided filtered water, which was great. It also has a very friendly dog and kittens, calm and just wanting cuddles, they are so sweet and don’t bother anyone! Really, really amazing and gentle! :) :) :) We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying at Coconut Wells Phuket! :)
Baan Sutra Guest house is just a minute’s walk from Soi Romanee in Phuket Old Town. Offering air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, it provides free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

I had the most comfortable stay at Little Latte House! The host was absolutely lovely and friendly, making us feel so welcome from the start. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a restful night's sleep. The property also offers great facilities, including a kitchen and laundry area, which were incredibly convenient.
It was perfect for our short trip, but I can easily see it being an excellent choice for a long-term stay as well. The location is super convenient, with shopping malls, convenience stores, restaurants nearby, and you can also rent a motorbike, which makes exploring the area even more convenient 😍
I couldn’t recommend Little Latte House enough to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
It was value for money overnight accomodation.
Comfortable and right by the seaside.
A couple of local restaurants to choose from. Enough for an overnight stay.
Fortunately the host was a great communicator
Great view! Amazing neighborhood, calm. Beach is nice and clean. A but away from all the parties, but this is exactly what we were looking for. Hosts are great couple, really friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!
I loved everything about my stay here. The villa is in a little village, nestled down the hill from the road. It's about 20 seconds to the quiet little harbour beach. The room was lovely with a nice bathroom and it was really quiet. Views from the room were tropical and authentic. Extra touches provided were beach towels, a beach umbrella, a beach bag, and a couple of "coconut coins' that could be redeemed from the restaurant 20 seconds away for a fresh coconut.
The property was in a great location and not too far from Ao Yon beach. The couple who own it are super nice and helpful. Annie is also an amazing cook so worth trying her food too.
Beautiful cocoon facing the beach. The host is very welcoming, located right next to a very quiet Thai restaurant, close to a magnificent beach and facilities such as 7eleven. It is a perfect setting for a long or short stay, a small, calm and timeless paradise.
The property is in a great location and is right on the beachfront. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us! The pool is lovely and the gym is small but has everything you need. The host was amazing and answered all queries quickly.
The bedroom opens up onto a terrace with a lovely vista through Annies (host) garden down into a secluded cove with beach bars
There is also an upstairs dining area as Annie likes to cook and the food is just bursting with different flavours. I recommend anyone staying to try Annies cuisine.
Joel (host) was very helpful with some tips from his local knowledge and even sent me a route plan of places to visit on our travels towards Koh Pagnan.
I dont normaly write nice reviews but Bellevista deserves it. Exceptional views, super quiet, spacious and clean house. Sukee was very friendly and helpful. Provided the holiday my and my wife were after
