Thailandthe staffs/ owner is really nice, we went there too early and no where to go , they offered us a check in in earlier, there are 2 bicycles available and it's free. the location is far from walking street a bit but good thing is that the price is good with private bath room and quiet place, i personally think that it's better than finding a commodation around walking street with higher price but share bath room

Quiet during night time, slept well even though it's an old building. The building has been taken well care of and updated, and is clean and cozy. Our two rooms had single beds, and balconies. Although the guest house wasn’t situated right by the Mekong, it was quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene just a five minutes walk away. Our room was surrounded by a pretty garden with a little pond. It was tranquil and serene sitting outside in the late afternoon.
