the staffs/ owner is really nice, we went there too early and no where to go , they offered us a check in in earlier, there are 2 bicycles available and it's free. the location is far from walking street a bit but good thing is that the price is good with private bath room and quiet place, i personally think that it's better than finding a commodation around walking street with higher price but share bath room

The room had everything we need. Nothing special to complain about.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Khun Kung was a very delightful and welcoming host. The house sits right on the corner of the Walking Street and steps away from the Mekong River. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The house is a unique, traditional Thai experience. Really fun!
no real breakfast, just coffee, toast and bananas! Room small but adequate. Mattress very hard. Very quiet facility except for Songcram festival music. Lovely hosts. Exceptionally clean room. Decent shower. Could use some reading lights.
Would stay again
We arrived very early and were allowed to have super early check in. The room is in a beautiful grounds, super green and quiet. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The host, Lamoon is a lovely human. Super friendly, helpful and kind. A great place to stay in Chiang Khan.
The location is good, near the walking street but still silent at night.
I love the cozy corner upstairs.
The host is charming. she can recommend you about activities.
Say-thong was a very friendly host. The hotel is also located in a quiet neighbourhood.
In addition, the famous Chiang Khan Walking Street and 7/11 is within 5 minutes walking distance as well.
Really charming wooden building, located right next to the market in one of the side streets. Quiet during night time, slept well even though it's an old building. The building has been taken well care of and updated, and is clean and cozy. Our two rooms had single beds, and balconies. The owner was super friendly, and helpful. There are also bikes you can borrow for free to get around with!
Our hostess was very welcoming, charming and concerned we would be comfortable which we were. Although the guest house wasn’t situated right by the Mekong, it was quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene just a five minutes walk away. Our room was surrounded by a pretty garden with a little pond. It was tranquil and serene sitting outside in the late afternoon. In the morning breakfast was laid out for us after a good night’s sleep. Baan Suan La Moon was a great stop on our road trip following the Mekong.
Great location and jusr a short walk down a very quiet road to Walking Street. Only 50 metres from the broadwalk along the Mekong river and a short drive to the Chiang Khan Skywalk. Really friendly and helpful staff.
