Great value for money! The place was super clean, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful — gave me lots of great tips on what to see and do around Chiang Rai. The breakfast was also quite good. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Alex and his family welcomed us in their lovely guesthouse.
The room is comfortable and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating in the garden, great ac and wifi. The beds are hard (true south east Asia style) but it's exactly how we like it, so perfect for us, and you are given two blankets to choose how warm you want to be.
Shower has great water pressure and hot water, and a hairdryer and towels are provided.
Alex's wife and kids will prepare and serve a lovely breakfast of eggs and toast in the lovely patio. Tea, coffee and water are always available.
Truly a lovely place to stay, tucked away in a quite street 10 minutes from the center of Chiang Rai, this is truly a lovely place to stay.

Centrally located, wonderful owners, clean rooms. Rented mopeds at the property for 250 baht a day and the mopeds all looked new/in great shape. Would totally stay here again!

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff are extremely welcoming and the beds were the most comfortable during my time in the country. My sheets were clean and a hot delicious breakfast was served to guest every morning. This hotel is also a bakery so we were able to try fresh bread in the morning along with our coffee. We really felt welcomed and enjoyed our proximity to the night bazaar.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
A nice and charming hostel with big room and all the facilities needed. It's also very cheap! The staff is very nice and propose quite a lot of different services very useful during your stay.
Amazing value - cheap price, comfortable room, and strategic location. It was close enough to the town centre, but far enough to have some peace and quiet at night. They host speaks good English, and the breakfast, though simple, was tasty!
Great hostel in the dead center of Chiang Rai yet in a quiet street. It was so clean, even the shared bathrooms. Also really nicely decorated and they even have free toasts, coffee and tea in the morning. The staff was really nice, you honestly can't beat that price, especially for the comfort you get. I'd come back there in a heartbeat if ever in Chiang Rai again :)
Great location, great hosts. Breakfast was amazing, you get a menu to choose from the night before with a list of traditional Thai or American breakfast. Everything was clean, host was accommodating letting me leave my bags there until night time. Also provided great recs for local food and desserts. Also bikes for rent for free! Tai scheduled my Golden Triangle tour for me and also has hook ups for motor bikes if you need. All good!!
very nice place the host was a lovely woman the place is very clean quiet air con was superb all in all a very nice place to stay a quietroad two minute from the central plaza great location can walk all over from here the room is lovely
The place is really peaceful and quiet. Bunnies everywhere are making the difference! Hosts are really nice. Rooms are comfy, we took a view on the rice field that was beautiful.
Nice garden. Varied choice for breakfast, special point for the delicious fresh fruits and waffles !
Thank you ! That was a really pleasant stay !
Location is great, it's clean and you have a 5 stars hotel service. The free help yourself breakfast is such a great add. It's a quiet area yet very close to the night market. If you want a good trip I can recommend bamboo tour. Not far from the guesthouse and made by a professional with fair even cheap prices. Ask Kwan ;)
Would definitely stay again.
I have spent a nice time at this lovely guesthouse.
The room was clean, the matress was the best I had during my three months journey in Asia and every comodity was at a walking distance.
The guesthouse is situated in a quiet neighborhood, next to the main area and the city center nightlife (10 min walking). The hostel staff was always smiling and happy to help, they booked a tour for me. You could rent scooters there. Will stay there again for sure.
