The Hotel is in a really quiet area, so its the perfect place to relax. The beds are quite comfy and there are a lot of common areas, where you can chill and relax. There is also a shared kitchen and eating room.
From the hotel to the center it takes you around 8 minutes with a car or a motorbike. To the airport its less also around 8 minutes (depending on traffic). Just a few minutes by feet is a Lotus - where you get all basic necessarities.
Can only recommand this place!

I think I have never gave a hotel/guest house a full 10 score.
This is an amazing accommodation run by a very nice family. The check in process was super easy and the ride from the airport is only 15-20 minutes. Even though it‘s 30 minutes from the city for everyone who comes to Chiang Mai for training Muay Thai, this would be your best accommodation. Lanna Muay Thai is only 2km away. You can easily walk there. Since it‘s outside of all tourist spots it‘s great to focus on Muay Thai.
The room is spacious and you will have a big smart TV , a big and comfy bed, your own Bathroom and a little kitchenette with fridge. If there is anything you miss or would like to have the owner will make sure you‘ll get it.
Next year they will even open a big pool. This was by far the best accommodation I‘ve had and I‘m glad due to a last minute trip and the fact that all hotels were booked, I was able to stay there.
To get to the city is super easy via Grab, Bolt etc . Thank you Ban Wongdee for a nice week. Kop khun kap

The staff were lovely and the host was friendly and spoke amazing English. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the evening meal was delicious. The accommodation was clean spacious and each villa had plenty of room outside. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was nice and relaxing. It was so peaceful here I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again.

Owner was very friendly and kind - stayed up late to welcome me. Room was clean and minimalist with all the basic amenities. Nice hangout area for coffee downstairs and in spite of being a bit far from centre, there were decent restaurants and of course 7-11 nearby

After a 20 day trip from various hotels travelling thaland . Chang mai was are final destinaton.. . with 3 days before we travel home we decided we wanted a hotel next to grand canyon water park .
We originally booked for one night. And ended up staying for 3 nights . The reason for this is how welcoming the owner kev .. and his brilliant staff were ..
the facilities and food were absolutely what we needed ....especially after sleeping on the world's most hardened mattresses for 20 days .
We received our best sleep in 20 days as the mattresses and beds were superurb
Actual sausages in the morning and a full English
Breakfast .. as we needed alittle normality
And a pool which is 8 ft deep and not the 4 ft child's pool we normally received in thailand .
.me and my partner could not thank this team enough for giving us a great experience with relaxing vibes.
And we thank my new friend Ken for welcoming us in to his home .
I couldn't recommend this hotel enough .
3 nights stay . Breakfast for 2 . Each day
Beers and drinks each night
lunch from either thai or English menu
Free push bikes for your own uses age
Sandals a qualified tour guide to help with any questions ARIM ..Great guy .
All for the unbelievably cost of 7000 bart AWOW

Very nice guesthouse.
Staff was incredibly kind, the breakfast SO yummy and location perfect. We could leave our bags when we went away to Pai area by bike for a week, really great. Also, they did our laundry for free as we stayed 4 nights. What a service.
Thank you so much!!!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The hosts were super friendly and helpful, gave us some nice tipps for the area and reacted really quickly to messages. The pool is rather small but very nice, and the garden was pretty. The area was quiet. Overall we felt very comfortable and welcome! We would definitely come back!
Beautiful resort, fantastic family room. The garden is so charming and relaxing. The resort is about half an hour drive from the city center. We were with two small kids and used Grab to get there (cheap and easy). There is a big kitchen under the family rooms where you can easily cook, it's very well equipped. All in all a lovely stay!
Very close to major roads to go north, south, east or west. Just a 15-minute walk to the local market that operates seven nights a week. Big C, 7-11 and Lotus all very handy and nearby. Very quiet and peaceful in a secure gated community. Lots of good restaurants and even a couple of passable coffee shops in easy walking distance. Very friendly and polite hosts who give you your space. Good Wi-Fi connection. The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable.
Great location if you prefer a quieter more relaxing location. Lovely property with some art mixed with gardening. Down to earth and welcoming hosts, will help you out with lots of useful information and places to visit.
- Alastair & Nok are great hosts
- Close to Grand Canyon (wakeboard/amusement water park) & Bantawai (Wood carving)
- very nice decoration in the rooms and on the property
Hosts very kind. quiet location and lovely to be surrounded by animals! lovely room and facilities. Didn’t use the pool but it looks nice and very close to Grand Canyon water park.
Amazing character and truly unique. We stayed here with our family of 4 for 11 nights in a Rice Barn and loved it. The outdoor kitchen was so cool and I loved enjoying my coffee every morning watching the sun come up. The property has so many beautiful decorations and the pool was great to stay cool and relax after our daily excursions. The hosts/owners Al and Nok were so awesome and there personalities added to the charm of the stay. Was a great location for our stay in Chiang Mai. A truly Thai experience.
