La familia t ajuden en tot el que poden, gestionen taxis i excursions. La ubicacio és fantàstica a 5 min de la platja. Hi ha molts serveis al voltant. Aprop dels 2 mercats el nocturn, mes turistic i el de la gent d' allà. Restaurants de tots tipus, llocs per massatges, tot molt aprop. El carrer tot i molt actiu pel dia per la nit és tranquil i no tens problema amb el seroll. Tens uns balcons- passadisos. A la planta baixa hi han taules, per lleguir o estar.
