The young lady who runs the guesthouse is delightful; super friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean and the bed comfortable. The air con worked well and there was also a fridge. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk from the pier. There's also a large Lotus supermarket a similar distance away, and loads of good local restaurants around. It was superb value for money for Koh Samui. We highly recommend.

The woman in charge is very nice, big room, comfortable bed, shower pressure is good, big fridge, very good AC, the room was clean and inviting, located in a central area yet in a quiet alley which was great! The guest house is a 5 minute walking distance from Chaweng beach.

Decent location, right in the mix of things in town, not near the beach though at all, and quite hard to find. Staff were pretty friendly, at the least the seasoned staff knew what they were doing. Were helpful in storing luggage, getting a taxi etc.
