Their check-in policy is earlier than most other places 10am. But even with that, they still let me check-in another two hours earlier. Room was big and clean, with separate living room and bedroom. Sofa was comfy and the tv had at least six English channels.

Great service from the staff there, well looked after during our stay. Friendly, helpful, and very polite staff.
The best staff by far.
Very peaceful and beautiful place to relax.
The most comfortable bed and pillows.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views made for a perfect getaway. The cabin is part of a charming estate with coffee and chocolate offerings, adding a unique touch to the experience. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making the stay even better.
For a climber, this place is fantastic. Easy walk to crazy horse, Jira restaurant for delicious cheap meals, 7 eleven and Skugga Farm for nice coffee and fresh bread. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountain. We had a fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The place has a lovely feel with the nice garden. Owner organised transport for us to the hot springs so we could take the local bus from there back to Chiang Mai. Would definitely stay again.
The terrain is high and the scenery is good. The white clouds and blue sky behind the pine trees are extremely beautiful. Quiet at night helps sleep. The owner gave us tickets for the hot spring park. Thank you very much.
The room was clean and spacious, there is AC, wifi, microwave, a kitchen to cook meals from. bottled water, instant coffee and kettle in the room, lots of balcony and outdoor space to hang out with friends and the family pets. Conveniently just outside of the main busy area but easy to walk to the fresh market and 7-11. Quiet surroundings with a great coffee shop next door and a massage place too. The hosts provided airport transfer and rented us a scooter so we had everything we needed.
The owner is really, really nice; she provided also some fresh fruits; every day complimentary water in reusable bottles (!), so that no extra garbage; the beautiful terrace where you can chill and enjoy the beautiful garden; just 1 km from the homestay there is a food market, a gas station, a convenience store so that you can get everything you need; some restaurants and the famous hot spring are also near by; due to that I decided to book an extra night on top
