The food was exceptional—fresh, organic, and rivaling even the finest hotels. And the house? It’s a work of art! The interior design is breathtaking, reminiscent of a Grand Palace. We spent hours just soaking in the history, style, and craftsmanship.

We had a room with a beautiful view. The staff are all very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

Dar Kbira is a serene and stunning escape from the bustling streets of Sidi Bou Saïd. The property has been renovated to a high and beautiful standard by Selima & her husband. The breakfast in particular was delicious, varied each day we stayed and could be enjoyed in the central courtyard or on the sunny terrace. The service was exemplary and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would love to come back :)

I had the pleasure of staying in a very luxurious and a very clean apartment. The stay was so perfect, and it really exceeded my expectations, the apartment includes everything you may need during the stay. The rooms were spacious and better than pictures, and the bed was very comfortable. The host was outstanding with a warm welcome at check-in. I highly recommend the place, and I look forward to returning in the future. You just feel like home.
Myself and my partner managed to book a last minute stay here whilst we were passing through Soliman for a friends wedding. The hosts couldn’t have been any more helpful during our quick stay, and made us feel so comfortable and at home. We are already organising a stay for our return trip. It’s the little extras and the friendliest of the hosts (on top of the clean and well maintained apartment) that made it stand out from other apartments we have stayed in.
