My week stay at hibiscus was terrific. I was beyond satisfied with the property and the service provided by the hosts were excellent. They made me very comfortable as a solo traveller and I will definitely stay again.

Starting with the positives: the host was nice, the location was very convenient and the garden /pool area very nice and well maintained.
That said I found the listing confusing because I didn’t realize we won’t actually be staying in the cute traditional house that is shown on the photos but in a modern building behind it, as the other one is the house of the owner.
The unit where we stayed was okay but the furniture and equipment were dated and cleanliness could be improved too.
Overall it was not bad but I found the price not corresponding to the quality.

I really enjoyed the fresh fruit prepared each morning. Our host even secured the types of juice we requested. Also, I was able to communicate efficiently via whatsapp (once booking was secured) and ask any questions or adjust reservations with ease. Our host often responded to inquiries within 1-2 hours. I was particularly grateful for the shuttle service to and from the hotel as well (though it had a cost attached).
