The staff is super sweet, friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early, which was much appreciated. Also there water bottles were provided. Overall I had a good stay here, the room was clean, there was a big shower with really good water pressure and the location is about 15 min walk to the city centre and there is a Watsons and 711 close by which was very convenient.

Our best stay in our 3 weeks Taiwan trip. The room is quiet, spacious and very welcoming. The bathroom is big, and everything looks modern. The location is ideal for exploring Tainan.
The owners are very friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I wish I didn't need google translate to tell them how good our stay was.
There are great food options on the same block. Special mention to 包囍饅頭台南金華店 (Baoximantou) which makes delicious steamed buns (sweet and savory) with enough variety to make you keep coming back after 3 days.
I would love to come stay there again.

The enormous room we got was a real luxury and it was easily the best appointed and beautifully furnished room on our 2 week stay in Taiwan. It was the largest and most luxurious room we have stayed in for a long long time. The location is probably the most central in all the city and everything is easily accessible.
I would add that we got a great deal during the weekdays and it is very difficult to get rooms at this hotel. So if space is available and the price is affordable do not hesitate to book, else you may lose the opportunity.
Finally for tourists I will add that the bus system and other public transport options are linked to Google Maps in Taiwan. Simply input your destination and check public transport options on Google Maps. You will connect seamlessly to any spot in the city or anywhere in the country. We used Google Maps to connect and travel to all sightseeing spots in Tainan and surrounding areas such as the Salt Mountain, the various night markets, and sights in Anping, all without needing to take the tourist bus 88, 99 or 98 (only 98 was operational during our visit). Just have an Easy Card at hand and topped up at the train, bus or MRT station.
Huzi Room is so very central that we got everywhere on public transport in 10-20 minutes. The very best location and rooms in the city.
Morn forest apartment enjoys a location in Tainan, a 4-minute walk from Tainan Confucius Temple and 0.4 miles from Chihkan Tower.

Excellent location. Easy check in. Beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. Has everything you need - water machine, fridge, microwave and more. Very comfortable and lots of shelves and storage to help organize your things. I slept great here and would come back again.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The boss is present and in control, which is good and bad in case he’s strict. There are various convenient things like ability to buy a bit of laundry detergent powder at the reception, there’s a washing machine and if you need to hand-wash you can do it upstairs. Sofas in the common room are comfy, and Wi-Fi was strong enough. Bedroom was quiet. As far as hostels go it’s good, it’d be more fun with more people but this was in the middle of hot off-season.
There was everything we needed and much more ! The owner went over and beyond anything we could expect, welcoming us with fresh fruits beautifully presented on both days we were there. And when he found out that we hadn’t had dinner one day because we had work to do, he went out to get some food for us ! I would definitely recommend this hostel if ever you come to Tainan !
Great location with lots of famous eateries easily accessible, and cultural architectures just in the same area. Yet, the unit itself is very quiet. The room is very spacious and the handsoap, shower gel, haircare products come with the room are all branded.
Allen is a very cheerful and helpful host! He gave us many recommendations for places to eat and greeted us with some cold drinks as he knew that we came by bicycle and it was a very hot day - it's the small things!
We stayed 3 nights in the guesthouse and really enjoyed our time there. Since it was very hot we spent much time inside during the day. The common area has everything one can wish for - games, TV, coffee... :) it's a 100 percent recommendation!
This place is absolutely a gem, if you are staying in Tainan, and Jerry is a great host. Clean, quiet, well designed, friendly and comfortable: what else can you wish from a hostel? I would definitely come again!
Spotlessly clean. Very quiet. Amazing hostess running the place. So charming, helpful & always cleaning. Lovely communal rooftop area with kitchen facilities. A nice place to sit and enjoy a wine in the evening.
Great location. Right next to nice streets and great food options. Despite the proximity of the hotel to the road, the room was very quiet and charmingly decorated.
