The room was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. It was conveniently located near the local train station which was helpful as we were on a late train from Hualien. They were really communicative on the LINE app and when we had an issue during our stay they resolved it quickly the next day.

The room was a bit smaller, but a great value for money. Everything was super clean and it seemed the facilities were almost new. Also the online check-in was smooth and we could leave our luggage before leaving the city.
