    This is my second time staying here. The previous manager was an obnoxious and unhinged lunatic, but they fired her, and all the current managers are lovely. (If you previously had negative encounters with that awful manager, I suggest you give this place another chance.) The whole place is super clean all the time, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. Legitimate 24 hour check in, unlike almost every other place in Kharkiv that lies about it. Not a party hostel, this a quiet serene place to rest.

    Everything was just fantastic, best place to stay. Very quiet, located in the city center, there are rooms in the basement with no windows if you want to feel safer during the rocket attacks Very friendly staff, clean rooms and homey atmosphere in the room.

    Hotel is good place to stay for business: located in city center, has street parking next to it, and bomb shelter and restaurant at -1 floor. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. At the time of my stay (July'2023) the restaurant has restricted open hours to 7 pm. My room had windows facing backyard, which was very green and quiet (no traffic sounds at all).

    Stayed here at two different times in two different rooms. Great location. 300 m to the city center. If you walk 150 meters in the other direction you have lots of stores. Right by the river where you can fish if you like. Lots of parking spaces. The rooms and bathrooms are ok. The bathroom has a bathtub. Washing machine in the room. Very friendly staff. There is a bar 50 meters away that I never visited though, so I don't know if it's good or not. Vill book this place whenever I'm in Kharkiv.
