It has private bathroom in each room. The kitchen is one for several rooms. Just 5 min walk to main city lake with fountain and promenade. Host waited for us to give keys. Clean, spotless room, which has everything - A/C, kettle, comfy bathroom, TV, etc. clean bedding. Attentive host, it was easy to communicate and deal with him. Yes, you can charge your EV here, leave it plugged overnight - we did.
