Location was great, as it is a short walk to Harvard Square and public transport. The reservation indicated a continental breakfast, though this was just coffee/tea. Room was fine, though a bit cramped.

Great location for the price. Loved how quaint it was. The breakfast options were limited but good! Loved the fresh fruit!!! Rooms got a little toasty at night & when opening the windows the street noise was a little loud & “colorful.”

There was plenty of space for 2 adults and a teenager, we even get a bed to ourselves each. All the amenities of home and yet close to everything we needed to do in Boston. Walgreens was super close if you forget essentials or even medicines. We walked to several eating places also. Would love to stay here again if ever I find myself in Boston again, thank you very much!

The place was great, very clean, comfortable and homey and the hosts had excellent communication with us. They and the place were perfect.

at first i didn’t like that the place didn’t match the pictures but the bed was amazingly comfortable. pillows as well and there were extras. good quality cotton sheets, not cheap synthetic. mark was also very kind and helpful. he helped with checkin and the door when i couldn’t open it. it was mostly very clean. our room and bathroom were very clean. upstairs (3rd floor ) common area was cute but a little empty. a few plants or decorations could go a long way. i was worried about the temperature with only a lighter quilt but it was perfect actually. the blanket was very nice. (please consider a top sheet.) bedroom doors lock. on site and street parking.

Absolutely lovely owners! Prompt response, clear directions, and very comfortable room. The entire facility felt very professionally designed. Kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Bathrooms were clean and had HOT water available, and each room had very professional keypads on each door so there was never concern about entering into a wrong room. Room was also very conveniently located to a bus stop that brings you into the city. God bless these owners and wishing many blessings their way.
