It's a spacious villa with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable, king-sized bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a quality barbecue grill. TV and music installations were up to date and worked well. The surroundings were very quiet, the neighbours as friendly as usual in Cape Coral.
