Could not get the sound to come on the tv - that was disappointing; luckily we searched for items the internet said the room was supposed to have - found them, but would be nice to have a sign telling where the glasses, cups, utensils, etc are located; the lock/unlock system is very nice; bed was comfortable & the room was very clean & nicely decorated
