Our room was very clean and fresh. We were happy to have plenty of space, and there were nice touches like a place to set out suitcases and hang our towels in our rooms. The bed was comfortable as well.

The staff was super accommodating! I got upgraded to the large room with big windows overlooking the valley. Kitchen was fully functional and clean. I was able to focus on work in the big room which was my only goal for this week.

Our family had a fantastic stay in a 2-bedroom suite. The room was spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the terrace! The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk to Times Square. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting NYC!

I did not have breakfast at the Lovely Room, walked over to Starbuck's. The room was exactly as described on booking.com. A lovely apartment with a very comfortable bedroom. The apartment was spotless. Easy to get to. Perfect for what I needed.
