Amazing value for money, the owner is extremely helpful and communicative. The restaurant that is literally next door is one of the best we tried on our trip. Very close to the ferry to go to Cham island (5 minutes by foot) so is perfect if that's your next stop.
A good location for a stress-free stay in Hoi An, Red House Homestay - Villa is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

Thao, the family and the staff are incredibly kind.
They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.
The garden and pool area is beautiful, the location is far enough from old town to be quiet yet close enough for a modest bicycle (provided by the hostel) ride
There are some good massage spas around, local vegetarian restaurant and WinMart..
The cleaning lady does her best to clean the room when nobody is around and we were never missing any toiletry in the room.
Will definitely come back again 👍

We had a wonderful time here. Many of the other guests stay here for a long time, and we immediately got why. It feels like a home away from home.
There is a functional shared kitchen, you can do your laundry for free, and there are bicycles to use. The location is great, especially on bicycle or scooter.
If we're ever back in Vietnam, I'm definitely looking into this homestay again to recharge and relax.
