I had a wonderful stay at Ann Villas. I chose this area because it is peaceful. Ann Villas is very clean and well maintained. My room was large and had excellent A.C. and a comfy bed. The bathroom was right next to my room. All together, I thoroughly recommend as an alternative to staying in the Old Quarter. There were heaps of street food and restaurants nearby. A Grab taxi will only cost a couple of £ to get you into the heart of the Old Quarter.

The location in the old town was very convenient for moving to other places. Although there was no elevator, the staff still brought my luggage to my room for me.

I don't know what else to say other than this was my best stay in Vietnam. Everything was perfect, the room was so beautiful, the best was comfortable, there was a common area to sit and work (and I was also allowed to park my bicycle there). The communication was outstanding and the location absolutely perfect. I will always come back here when I return to Hanoi!
