We had stayed at Franklin View Guesthouse previously and we were very pleased to find that it was as good as ever. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We were able to sit outside on the veranda in the evening and enjoy the spectacular view. Gustav was kind enough to order us an evening meal which we enjoyed in the guesthouse. The breakfast was up to the usual high standards. We look forward to returning to Franklin View again in the future.

    The location was excellent - safe, generally quiet, very good access to main routes, while being off on a smaller side road so that you aren't on the busy road. Friendly hosts. Very relaxed. Pretty, quaint, comfortable verandah for meals with little garden. Pet friendly. Lots of off-street parking. The staff did our washing (for a small fee). The hostess found out extra information for me on local points of interest.

    Stunning Guest House in a VERY convenient location. Without a doubt one of the best guest houses in Bloemfontein! The towels were so soft along with the luxurious complimentary soap amenities were a great bonus. Beautiful kitchen and living area with a smart TV to stream Netflix, Dstv and Youtube at your convenience. The outside braai area is wonderful. The unit has privacy, is quiet and exceeded our expectations by far. The hosts put a lot of effort in to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Simply the best in Bloem!

    I love the serenity of the guesthouse. It's so quiet and peaceful. The host, Franco is incredibly friendly and Buti, the caretaker made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and the bathroom? Luxurious! Definitely recommend this guesthouse. It's value for money!

    The Guest house is cute and quiet. We stayed as a family. The family unit was perfect with separate bathrooms for each room. It's located in a great location as it's super close to malls/shops. Every room has its own little porch, which we enjoyed.

    Nakkie is such a friendly and helpful hostess. Her attention to detail is amazing! No loadshedding issues and the electic blankets and aircon was such a nice addition in the cold winter. Each of us got a packet of crips and a sweetie. It's probably the best value for money we have ever had! Even a nice little playground for the kids. This is also a beautiful and very stylish guesthouse. The room had everything you could need. Very peaceful and quiet too! Definitely recommend it.
