Location was perfect, very relaxing.We went for a wedding nearby , spent the night at the accommodation. Was disappointed I did not get to see the cute dog that resides on the premises. The owner was very friendly. Will definitely return to the place.

Large, spacious bathroom. Peaceful veranda. I appreciated the extras - soaps, rusks, mosquito cream. Judy was pleasant and helpful. I left my cell phone charger in the room, and she offered to drop it at a store in Howick, that is owned by a relative of mine.

    The house was beautiful, and the space was more than ample for seven adults. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, punctuated by the crackling of the wood on the fire, and the wind in the trees. We also were spoilt by our attentive host, Penny, who shared the fresh lemons from her trees with us, as well as other sweet treats. She also was very accommodating of our requests and assisted us willingly where needed. If you're looking to escape the rat race, then this place is for you! I can't recommend Mission House enough!

    We loved our stay! It is an incredible view over the Midlands, quiet and remote. Darryl the host was so lovely, communicated well and was so accommodating towards us. The place was very well equipped with everything you need from an air fryer, to treats, iron, bialetti coffee pot, electric blanket etc. So much more than we expected. Thank you so much!
