I'm extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Lugogo Guesthouse. We booked 4 rooms for 8 people, but upon arrival after a 6-hour drive, we were told only 3 rooms were available. Despite notifying them of our late check-in, they failed to provide alternative accommodation, leaving us no choice but to squeeze together in uncomfortable arrangements.
The situation was exacerbated by the filthy state of the rooms, including dirty bed sheets. While they did refund us for one room, it didn't make up for the stress and discomfort we experienced.
Given the subpar service and unhygienic conditions, I would strongly advise against booking here. There are far better options available that can provide a more comfortable and hassle-free experience.
