The deluxe bedroom is both cozy and inviting, providing a perfect retreat. The bathroom is generously spacious and features modern amenities. The addition of a closet kept the room organized and clutter-free. We loved dining on the patio, where we were accompanied by the welcoming breeze of Bredasdorp.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
A really good stay over at the home of Jonno and Maya Maile.
The house has been beautifully restored and we enjoyed an excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed and room.
An exceptional breakfast was prepared for us by Maya the next day, and we enjoyed their great hospitability. The guest house is very centrally situated in the quaint town of Napier. An easy walk to restaurants and shops.
They also have a coffee shop on the premises which would be very handy.
The perfect escape to the lovely town of Napier. Our stay at the Restio was exceptional, to say the least! Maya and Jonno are amazing hosts who are warm and welcoming. The guesthouse is so beautiful and our room was stunning. Breakfast in the morning was so delicious. You cannot visit Napier or drive past without staying at the Restio! You will not be disappointed. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Maya and Jonno for having us.
David is a Super host with eye for details.
Modern rooms and very goed beds. Absolute fantastic and abundant breakfast with home made bread and jam, served in wicker basket in an quiet rural environment. Dogs and chickens around.
Comfortable & great location. Warm & informative welcome by staff. Quaint, Beautiful views. Bed comfy, Nice touch with complimentary sherry on a cold night. HAd dinner in the restaurant as part of a function - good wholesome food & superb service considering how busy they were. Although we didn't have the inclusive breakfast, the restaurant coffee was very good.
Absolutely everything! The hosts were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and 'at home'. Breakfast was delicious and the option of having dinner at the guesthouse was really convenient. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious. Having a rechargeable lamp in the room to deal with loadshedding made a big difference - there was never complete darkness. Mocca the dog was also wonderful! The rates were reasonable too.
Well appointed and comfortable room. Maya's breakfasts were special. Maya and Jonno are great hosts where nothing was too much of an effort. We will definitely be back again.
