The staff are friendly and welcoming, but not to the point of being too involved or annoying. The rooms are stunning, the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable, I like the fact that streaming services are included and the breakfast was perfect. Added benefit to me was the keyboard with headphones! :) Pelican Lodge is now my number 1 accommodation in Sedgefield and I will always stay here when I am travelling for work.
