First of all, our hosts John, his sister and their mother were the friendliest most hospitable people we met in Albania. They were so accommodating to our requests, they made our stay very comfortable and we had some nice chats. Also their mother’s food was sooo amazing. Her breakfast was delicious and definitely make sure to try her dinner. I will miss having her breakfast on the terace with the view of the mountains and fresh air. The rooms were very cozy and you had an amazing view of the valley. We woke up every morning for the sunset. Honestly I enjoyed spending time at the guest house more than in town 😂. I wish we coule have stayed more days but if I’m ever back in teth there is no place i would stay than here again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful and hope we get to meet again.

We stayed for two nights on either side of our trip to the Valbone and Theth We were able to store our luggage while we went to the Alps (for only €1/day) which we really appreciated The staff were very friendly and very helpful! The guest house was in a central location near the bus station and within walking distance of most attractions

Mountain Vista Guesthouse Shkafi er staðsett í Shkodër og í aðeins 1 km fjarlægð frá Theth-þjóðgarðinum en það býður upp á gistirými með fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. We had the best time at this guesthouse!! The woman running it is so lovely and kind. Great food here, it’s very clean with comfy beds, and has amazing views of the mountain and Theth valley. It’s about 20 minutes from Theth village but it’s so much nicer to be in the mountains than in the town. Really couldn’t recommend this place more.

Theth Kompleksi Gjoni er staðsett í Theth, 4,3 km frá Theth-þjóðgarðinum og státar af garðútsýni. Þetta gistihús býður upp á ókeypis einkabílastæði og öryggisgæslu allan daginn. We had THE BEST stay, the staff is amazingly kind, the view from the location is breathtaking, it was so homey. I can’t recommend the place enough it was truly magical.

The most amazing experience of our entire trip to the Balkans!! We had been travelling for 6 weeks and this was the best place we’ve stayed at by far. We had the best time here and so much fun. The family that runs the guesthouse is lovely and take good care of you, they set up a campfire every night and will keep the bar open as long as you need. We spent all day relaxing by the river and meeting the different families that run the guest houses along the river. We highly recommend you socialize with the locals and the other guests because it makes the experience so much better! Next summer we want to come back and spend a whole week there!

Guri i Lekës Guesthouse er staðsett í Shkodër í Shkodër-héraðinu og er með svalir. Gististaðurinn er við ströndina og er með einkastrandsvæði, garð og verönd. A small, intimate, lovely family-run guesthouse, very friendly and helpful people. Great breakfast, big rooms, very clean and nice bathroom (best shower we had in Albania). They even provided us with some grocery delivery that was at the guesthouse within a day for no extra charge. We were very happy with our guesthouse and had a great time. Nothing to complain about the accommodation.
