We spent much time watching the world go by and the weather rolling in over the mountains, a truly spectacular sight. We could also hear the live music playing in the square from our balcony on the special event nights, it was really lovely to hear the traditional music and enjoy the view! There is so much to see and do locally, and this was the perfect base for us to enjoy exploring the area. It really helped to have a parking space for our hire car too, as parking in St Wolfgang can be tricky. The private lake access and garden that comes with the apartment was a real treat too! A perfect place to sunbathe, enjoy a picnic, see the swans and ducks, and take a swim. The hosts Elisabeth and Andreas could not have been more helpful and kind. They made us feel so welcome.

This is by far the best. We liked the location, the beach by the lake, the food very good. The host was welcoming and very attentive to all guests.

The location is perfect, view from the room of the cows and the lake, a short walk to a private beach on the lake. The lake is clear and wasn't cold so we had a nice swim. The room is spacious and clean, with a terrific view to the lake and the nearby mountains.The hotel is very near the bus and the ship stops. A lot of wonderful hiking trails around.
