Set in the historic centre of Traunkirchen, at the shore of the Traunsee lake, Apartments im LOIDLs GUESTHOUSE offers a garden and free WiFi. Private on-site parking is available at a surcharge. The house consists of multiple apartments of different sizes. We were on the lower level, and in spite of concerns it would be cold during our winter stay it was very warm. In fact, the apartment is heated from floors, which means your feet stay warm too. Besides that… Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment is very clean and modern. Bathroom has new and high quality faucets. Traunkirchen is a very beautiful destination with a dozen of trails for hiking. The hosts were friendly. Unfortunately, we broke some glasses because it was a big company, but this was resolved in a very reputable manner. We would come back again!

Great breakfast. A fantastic living room in the guest house that comfortably accommodated 8 people every evening :) We highly recommend it.

Located next to a city bus stop and a 5-minute drive to the centre of Gmunden, Gasthof Engelhof features an à-la-carte restaurant serving regional and international cuisine, as well as a house bar and... This is an incredible hotel with incredible the staff. They helped us arrange transportation from the train station, warmly received us, provided us with a beautiful room, had amazing bar service, and the breakfast was incredible as well. I can’t wait to go back!
