Everything was incredible. The staff were really kind, polite and helpful. The room was really nice and clean. Keep in mind that the shower is not the best but this is unimportant when you take into consideration the price of the room. Also the location was absolutely perfect. We had a great time!

The beds were comftable, and the staff was especially friendly. Cannot wait to come back to Bosnia and stay here again.

The location was beautiful and very handy as close to the centre . The room was very spacious and up to uk standard , tarik was a brilliant host and he gave us helpful information about the city and things to do and eat close by . I will definitely be coming back to this hotel some time soon I would recommend
