Just show up and they'll take care of the rest of your stay. They organize all transfers (Victoria Falls) and attractions at good price (game drives, boat cruises etc.). However they don't communicate it in the welcome message once booked. Pity. I didn't know that before the arrival so I booked all my activities elsewhere in advance. However I wish I had used their offers. Very good stay. Fully recommended!
