Close to the boat, train and bus transportation, also also tranquil by being away from the big city of Lugano! We will certainly be back when we are in Ticino next time!

Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.

Breakfast was not included with the room, but I had a delicious, reasonably priced breakfast in the restaurant. Location: Safe neighborhood near the hospital my mother was staying in. I didn’t have a car so cannot comment on parking. The best part of the experience was the warmth and friendliness of the two brothers who ran the rentals and the restaurant! I felt well taken care of!

Está ubicada a las afuera de la ciudad, en una pequeña localidad muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, leer y nadar. El dormitorio tenía una vista increíble al lago, y cuenta con una terraza para comer y contemplar el paisaje. El personal muy amigable y atento. La pieza, espacios comunes y el baño que era compartido estaba muy limpio.

I liked how clean and beautiful was the place. I enjoyed the silence , freedom and trust we had. Totally recommend it🙏

So many great things about this hotel! The location is spectacular!!! The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the pizza. Breakfast had lots of options. The room was clean and comfortable. The room view looked towards the famous church on the hill and terra cotta roof tops. There didn't seem to be hot water for showering the evening I was there. Not sure why that was, as I didn't ask. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Overall, fantastic value for the money. I very highly recommend this hotel. I hope to visit Morcote again. When I do, I will stay here again.
